Joe Chase
Joe and his wife Kathy have lived in the Rochester area for over 30 years, raising their 4 daughters at the historical mill flour mill property that his ancestors built over 150 years ago. Joe served in the Army/Reserves/National Guard for over a decade and currently serves on the board of a local children’s charity foundation. His interests include the arts, fitness, outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. Joe has been in real estate for over 4 ½ years and his values include faith, integrity, a hard work ethic and the desire to help others achieve their financial goals and dreams.

George Rownd
George Rownd is a lifelong Rochester resident, George’s background is in the hospitality industry. He leased, managed, and sold over 50 different hotels and restaurants over his career as president of a company with over 350 employees. He also operated retail spaces, apartments, and warehouse facilities, increasing value for his clients.
George put together more than $100 million in financing for his operations and negotiated with many different franchises. He spent 3 years on the Minnesota Hospitality Board of Directors and 10 years, on the Rochester Minnesota Convention and Visitors Bureau Board. George also spent 2 years as President of the Board. George is a Certified Hotel Administrator and a 1985 graduate of St. Johns University.

Keith McKenzie
With years of multifamily and single-family investment experience, Keith brings a wealth of knowledge to the Loam Commercial team. Keith graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth with a degree in Business Administration. His background in project management and financial analysis helps him guide his clients through smooth and successful transactions. Joining the team from the Duluth office, Keith is the go-to agent for his local and regional knowledge. When he is not serving his clients, Keith can be found sailing on Lake Superior, running trails, or coaching his daughter’s soccer team.

Brandon Milde
Micah Thorson
Micah is a native to the Rochester area having grown up just a short drive away near Hayfield, MN. He continued his education by graduating from Luther College with degrees in business management and history. His background has primarily been in multifamily investments as he has owned multifamily for over 5 years. Additionally, he has played a key role in managing commercial properties owned by members of the Loam Commercial Team. He enjoys thinking creatively and trying to find new solutions to best-fit client needs. Outside of the office, Micah enjoys hiking, fishing, and traveling with his girlfriend and dog Copper.

Nate Asper
Nate grew up in the Twin Cities, before attending college at Winona State University. He has now been living in Rochester since 2013. He has a background in teaching and coaching. He has taught in Rochester and Eyota while coaching baseball and soccer. Nate started in residential real estate after buying his first single family investment property and now has upgraded to owning and renting out a duplex to both long-term and short term tenants. He is married with a daughter and loves spending time with the both of them sitting on patios, going on hikes, and seeing family. Nate believes in building lasting friendships to help people excel in their dreams.
